MCA unites licensed growers, GACP-certified cooperatives, processing companies, legal experts, institutions, and international stakeholders across the full cannabis value chain.
Its mission is clear: to support the success of Morocco’s legal cannabis industry through regulatory guidance, capacity-building, and strategic collaboration—with the farmers and cooperatives at its core.
Why Was MCA Created?
Although Morocco’s Law 13-21 created the legal framework for cannabis cultivation and commercialization, it quickly became clear that laws alone aren’t enough. To succeed, the sector needs:
